Discover a unique way to display your multi media fabric art as fabric wall art with step by step DIY instructions.
(1). If you saw our previous post "Frame Your Fabric Art" it walked you through using a picture frame matte to pick out the picture you want to see and gives you a working dimension to cut your fabric to.
(2). In this example we are using a 16" x 20" matte with an 11" x 14" opening to fit our 11" x 14" canvas frame.
(3). We first lay our 16" x 20" matte on the fabric to find the picture we want and then cut around the matte to give us our fabric size needed to work with.
(4). We then flip the fabric over to pretty side down and place our canvas frame on top face down centered on the fabric. We start from the bottom of the fabric and fold the fabric to the edge of the frame.
